There is never a better time to take a few minutes (or hours or days) to deeply consider if you are REALLY READY for the coming battles and opportunities in the future of work.

It doesn’t take long to uncover another depressing piece of data in the ongoing reduction of middle-class creating work (in the western world). Here is one I found today:

I have, sadly, way too many of these types of links on my twitter timeline. I place them there most importantly to remind myself to have this ongoing, difficult discussion with myself.

Never let that gnawing doubt dissipate. Not because a stressful tension is healthy for one’s self-esteem, but because it keeps one on one’s toes, ready. READY!
