I find myself at a loose end today. Everything is very quiet. The kids are entertaining themselves, the dog sitting for one dog has ended. As for our dog, she was spayed this week so she is very low energy and resting a lot. Her walk is 20 minutes long, on leash.
Oh! And Lori has returned to work for the first time since BEFORE TIMES. The four of us have spent pretty much every day together in the house for 20 weeks.
And then, one day, there is just three of us. It is a weird sensation, because it is both unusual and a return to normality. The switching of gears has begun.
This Much We Know.
