When we disorganize our organization, we are rebirthing it, evolving it.
Evolution is full of examples of species that die in that act of procreation.
Do we want to die in our process, in our commitment to our craft?
Hmmm, nope.
We want to prosper, alongside the corporate culture we are recreating.
Conundrum! What do we therefore need?
