When we disorganize our organization, we are rebirthing it, evolving it.

Evolution is full of examples of species that die in that act of procreation.

Do we want to die in our process, in our commitment to our craft?

Hmmm, nope. 

We want to prosper, alongside the corporate culture we are recreating.

Conundrum! What do we therefore need?

Creativity is a renewable resource in courageous corporate cultures.

So written by my friend Lois Kelly. It stopped me in my tracks (admittedly, I was just sitting on my sofa when I read it, but anyway…)

Creativity is a renewable resource in courageous corporate cultures.

We must find those courageous cultures; or else, we must create them first.

Lois has done so over the years, as she grows wiser, wilder, kinder. 

She calls herself a rebel at work; but yeah, she’s a disorganizer too.
