Consider the organizational view. Maybe even author it, and believe in it.
Build and deliver the norms and processes that deliver against that view.
That is NORMAL.
But! (there is always a but!)
Also step outside it, determine its limitations, stress test its boundaries.
Begin to author the next version of the organization, as you deliver the current one.
Disorganizing is not about smashing the system. It is about evolving the new one.
