Two Asides on the Power of Twitter

1. Idea Sketchbook

Not only is Twitter a learning tool from my followers (I follow links curiously), but I use it as a mechanism of reflection. Twitter is a live learning environment. It is my ideas sketchbook. I review my own posts to elicit themes and focus areas. It orients me.

2. Share is the New Save

Although I might firstly share content and links as a diary, happily, others can benefit if they see fit. One post I shared about agile learning was retweeted by a connection in the UK with 25k followers, and I was notified it was then retweeted 30+ times; liked 50+ times.

Such is the ripple effect of social.
