I shared a short tale about a young professional’s reflective philosophy last week <Ponder, Ponder, Ponder, Collaborate, Re-think, Revise, Submit.>

She is in good company, for this week such an approach was reinforced twice by admirable people. Firstly, my colleague Lillian Chow referenced this in an interview she did for her university website:

Try, fail, get up, try again, try harder, make mistakes, learn, reflect, conquer, set new goals and try all over again. It’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to not know where or what you want to be. But you must always try. Find your passion and you will find yourself.

True, dat.

Then, yesterday I attended an American Marketing Association meeting on innovation / disruption in marketing, and the speaker, Tim Leake had this message:

Do. Reflect. Learn. Repeat.
