I don’t write much about my day job here on the blog, but not because I don’t like it. Far from it. Working with the smartest, most dedicated people is a great joy. It’s why I have been here for 7 years and counting.
I make lots of mistakes as a team leader, I am rough round the edges and stumble regularly. No-one’s perfect. But one thing I know I am good at is encouraging my team to go for it, to stretch themselves and trust themselves.
We are hiring a new intern to help us produce a schwack more content for our social / web channels (we do most of our stuff in-house). I asked our current students to throw something together to showcase why we are a team / workplace to thirst for.
