Our dog was at a sitter this week to give her some different experiences with difference handlers. Consequently, being back at work this week, I didn’t need to go out of the house at all. So I didn’t. I had no idea what the weather was like, other than wet and dark.

I am doing my part in avoiding people.

The cadence at work at the beginning of the year is to work hard. Therefore, there is not much else to say in my small world. Meanwhile, in the big world, of course there is so much happening.

When all around you is angst, terror, and fear I am bringing it all back to the most simple activities and basic approach. Reflect on health and wealth and wellness. Keep things ticking over. Keep life dull and all the better for that.
