Futurist Alvin Toffler had it right when he said:

“The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.”

This is the fluency we all need as workers. 

And here’s the thing, all adult learning is optional. 

We need to make a choice. Intentionality creates the environment where people can develop.

The great future of worker thinker Harold Jarche refines this idea as:

Work is learning and learning is the work.

Disorganizers get this. It is in their bones.
