Draw a capital “E” on your forehead with your finger.
Simple. Now, consider that “E”. Did you draw it so others would see it as “E” or so that you see it as “E” and an audience would see it as a backward “E”?
If the former, you tend towards empathy. If the latter, you tend to act from a position of power. Neither is better than the other. But, hey, another good to know piece of data.
